Diversity Committee

We believe that the presence of diverse cultures and experience strengthens and enriches our practice. Our commitment to diversity is one of the firm's most important core values. To further our mission, we have created a Diversity Committee which creates and implements initiatives to encourage a balance of race, ethnic background, sexual orientation, gender, age and physical ability within our firm. LFLM's diversity committee assists in recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce. The committee is comprised of members with a wide variety of backgrounds including men and women, racial minorities and non-minorities. These individuals share a strong commitment to increasing the firm's diversity and use their unique experiences and backgrounds to support and further that goal.

Our Diversity Committee meets regularly to assess our diversity efforts and create new initiatives. The committee strives to facilitate communication and awareness of diversity-related issues and nurtures an environment where everyone has equal access to opportunities for personal and professional growth, client development and firm leadership. Our Diversity Committee works closely with other committees, departments and firm leaders to ensure that our recruitment, membership and professional development programs reinforce our practice of welcoming, supporting, promoting and retaining diverse talents.
