Robyn J. Hall is an Associate Attorney in our Oakland office. She joined LFLM in 2024 and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Robyn’s parents were the first African-American Highway Patrol officers in California. She became interested in criminal justice early on and played collegiate volleyball, later coaching the sport for a decade. While attending the University of San Francisco School of Law, she worked with the Criminal Justice and Juvenile Defense Program on various cases with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and secured a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong at the Northern District Court of California. After passing the bar, she clerked at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board under Judge Erin Boeder before transitioning to workers’ compensation defense.
